Brand: POPJAM

Question 1

Is Meta ad spend included?

Accepted Answer

No. Meta bills ad spend directly. Your POPJAM subscription and creative credits are separate. Managed Campaigns early access is available to invited eligible accounts: Essential includes one campaign, Business three, and Enterprise five. Paused campaigns count toward the limit.

Question 2

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

AI credits are the currency used to power AI generations on POPJAM. For example, image generation costs 100 credits and video generation costs 500 credits. 1€ = 100 credits.

Question 3

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can adjust your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are effective immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We securely process payments via Stripe, accepting all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards.

Question 5

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Additional credit packs you purchase expire 1 year after purchase.

Question 6

Which plans include ad simulations?

Accepted Answer

Starter includes 30 ad tests with AI personas per month. Essential and above include unlimited ad simulations and improved variants. AI tests are simulated feedback, not a guarantee of live results.

Question 7

Which plans include the AI editors and the Copilot?

Accepted Answer

The conversational editors for images, video, carousels, animations and decks, and the full Copilot that can generate and edit for you, are included on Starter and above. Free accounts get a help-only Copilot that answers questions but takes no actions. For a limited time, editing costs no credits on any paid plan: edit as many turns as you like.

Question 8

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
